Hong Kong Spirt

Today I went to get back my doggy photos.

When I still in Milano, my mom told me she wanted to output the photos of our doggy that has been passed away. But the mobile was bought 8 years ago, lost the cable, some function cannot work, the battery is almost die, and also it is not a popular and common cell phone model and brand.

But my mom afraid she will totally lost the photos, so she keep the mobile very well and dare not power off.

As I was not in HK, after my brother said the mobile has lost the cable and even it cannot sent out by another methods. So I asked many friends help my mom but all the methods doesn’t work.

After I back to HK, I went out to find solution. At last I called panasonic service hotline. Some one answer and patiently listen my question. She dotted down the information and my contact, just 30 mins and then told me the company technician said it is a very old model and need some software to output the photos, and they are not sure if Japan still have this software.

So they asked me to bring the cell phone there and if they found the solution, then charge for hk$200, means euro 20. If they cannot solve it, then no charge.

And when I arrived their office, one of the staff on duty and she has already realize this case. She said her colleague has update her already. And after half day, they said Japan office has find this software.

This is service! I am proud of HK spirit! Quick, dynamic and responsible!

That is why I cannot accept the excuse of Europe when I living there for a year. You should know what is the standard, or you will lost the reputation and all you has gained before.
