Mozzarella and Banana

Thank you my dear classmate to remain me that I innovated a breakfast when I was studying in Italy. Yes, it is Mozzarella and Banana.

Like Banana milkshake, Banana ice-cream, breakfast with mike and banana. So I think Banana with dairy product should be prefect match.

Hope one day someone create wonderful dish combine these 2 ingredients. Yeah!
