We are doing a project related to Italian food. Thinking some concepts. I can finalized to say other than a need, Food is a memory.
Especially when you are sick, you will not look for a new cuisine, a tasty food. But what remind in your mind is the food you tried in your childhood. Which is belonging to you, your memory.
This week, I was sick and what I really want to eat is Congee. The cooking method is the same as cooking rice, but putting 4 times water to cook it. I want a lot of hot water.
The other food is "dried skin of Mandarin" which is really help me, especially I cough to wakeup at night. And instead of cold water, I put some into my month to sleep. It can stop coughing.
